A: To this we answer with a firm YES! The optics purchased by Precision Scopes & Optics are ALL factory sealed and brand new. We do not sell refurbished optics and repackage them for resale. All optics purchased on our sites qualify for 100% full manufactures warranties, whatever they may be.

Q: OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION - Are you optics from China?
A: To this may we answer with a very, very firm NO! All optics shipped by Precision Scopes & Optics are purchased straight from the manufactures, or a licensed dealer. All of our optics carry on them a verified UPC label for resale authenticity, provided by the manufacturer, guaranteed!
***There has been some concern over the Leupold VX-III & VX-L scopes being discounted and whether these are legitimate Leupold Scopes. These scopes are again purchased straight from the manufacture, or a licensed dealer and are ALL factory sealed. Due to Leupold's pricing policy, you will not see these scopes discounted very often. But as they are being discontinued to make way for the new Leupold VX-3 and VX-3L scopes, they have released the pricing policy for these lines.

Q: What is the shipping cost on orders that do not qualify for FREE SHIPPING?
A: Shipping for all orders that do not qualify for "Free Shipping" is $8.50. Most of our scopes, all of our Binoculars, Spotting Scopes and Rangefinders, we offer free shipping. All orders that total over $299.99 qualify for free shipping also, whatever they may be. (Hint: if you order something that is $299.99 and it charges you shipping, add the $2.00 extra insurance on the checkout page. This will give you the free shipping).

Q: How quickly will my order ship?
A: This actually depends on the time of day you order and how busy we are. If you order early in the morning, your order will usually go out same day. But all orders are shipped within 24 hours. If for some odd reason this is not the case, you will be contacted by a customer representative (this is a rare occasion though). If you need to cancel your order, it would be wise to do it within 1 hour of your order as we work tirelessly to make sure our orders are print ready for shipping immediately.

Q: What if I don't want to order online?
A: That is a good question! Some of you just don't like ordering online. You need to talk to someone personally to give you a little extra confidence that we are really here. We respect that. (Rest assured though, we are very much here!) If you need to order by phone for whatever reason or want to verify a part # is in stock first, or simply have a questions, please call us at 1-800-705-6865. We would love to talk to you too:). Q: Do you ship all of your own products?
A: We do ship the bulk of our optics directly from our warehouse. On the occasion that we are out of stock on a particular scope or optic, we will ship from a third party affiliate. We do this to ensure that when you shop with Precision Scopes & Optics, you have the highest chance of finding what you need in stock. We are so sure of this, that we 100% guarantee all items we ship whether from ourselves or from our affiliates. All affiliate companies are reputable and have been verified. We have worked with them for years and are trusted by us and the manufactures.
